Our commitment to customer service is strengthened by our system of assigning a highly trained, competent Client Service Specialist to each of our clients. The Client Service Specialist tracks every job from start to finish and monitors each job on our state-of-the-art computer system.

AMI has Quality Assurance Programs in place to monitor job production. Sales Representatives, Production Managers and Client Service Specialists meet each day to review, discuss, and schedule upcoming work. Quality control checks are performed hourly in every department.
